Due to the intangible, instant, and proprietary digital nature of CosmoVedic astrological computations and reports, all sales are strictly FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-CANCELLABLE under any circumstances once payment is processed.
CosmoVedic provides purely digital, computerized Vedic astrological chart calculations, personalized Kundli analysis, 90-day karmic habit roadmaps, and Lal Kitab remedies. Upon successful payment verification via authorized payment aggregators, digital access is consumed and granted immediately in your active session. Because computational intelligence and digital insights cannot be returned or revoked once delivered, refunds are not allowable under any circumstances.
The only exception to this policy is in the case of a verified accidental duplicate transaction (where a user's bank account or UPI was debited more than once for the same order due to a network glitch or payment gateway timeout):
